Jackson Williams
Commercial & Architectural Metal Work
Jackson Williams is the commercial division of Colored Metal Products, serving general contractors, architects, and brand owners across the Southeast—North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida.
Our scope includes architectural canopies, entrance systems, sunshades, standing seam metal awnings, screen walls, walkway covers, Bahama shutters, and steel and aluminum handrails. We work on commercial, healthcare, retail, hospitality, educational, civic, and religious facilities—as well as larger residential projects like high-end custom homes and multifamily developments.
For national brands and franchise groups, we offer programmatic partnership: a single fabricator managing your rollout across dozens or hundreds of locations. Same quality. Same specifications. Same team—whether we're installing in North Carolina or California. We've built multi-year relationships with national retail and grocery brands who need that consistency at scale.
We integrate with GC schedules, provide architect resources (DWG drawings, specifications, color charts), and handle everything from design assist through installation with our own crews.

The Awning Shop
Residential & Small Business
The Awning Shop serves homeowners and local businesses with custom awnings, canopies, patio covers, Bahama shutters, and shade structures.
Our primary service area covers the Charlotte region and surrounding communities—Asheville, Gastonia, Hickory, Winston-Salem, Greenville, Spartanburg, and everywhere in between. For standard residential and small commercial work, we're typically most competitive within about two hours of our Shelby shop.
Whether it's a front door awning, a backyard patio cover, or a storefront that needs to stand out, we handle design, fabrication, and installation with our own team. No subcontractors. Same shop, same craftsmen, same standards as our commercial division—just scaled for homes and local businesses.

PitchEquipment manufactures professional-grade aluminum field equipment for college programs, high schools, and club organizations across the country. Our product line includes team shelters, portable film towers, backstops, and batter's eye screens—all fabricated in-house from aircraft-grade aluminum.
Unlike the regional focus of our other divisions, Pitch Equipment ships nationwide. Every piece is built to order in our Shelby facility and delivered ready to install.
Typical customers: College athletic departments, high school athletic programs, soccer and baseball clubs, parks and recreation departments.
